Tick Tock Exercise and Stretch

Hi Dr Carr at Stanford Chiropractic Center here again.

We're gonna do one exercise today. It's going to be for stretching your back and also some core.

Let me get down and show you. I was told it is called 'tick tock'. You bring your feet up here, your arms up here, and you just go from one side to the other, and then you go back and forth.

You might want to be careful and see if your back is strong enough for this. But it' so nice, it is going to work the obliques, and it also stretches. As it comes down you get a nice stretch here.

You can go anywhere between 10 and 15, if you get up to 50 that would be great.
