What exactly is The Murph Challenge?

The Murph Challenge is a workout like no other, as you do not only flex your muscles and tone your arms, you also get to be one with a foundation with an objective to build training facilities and grant scholarships. Registration means you give a pledge to the foundation while also challenging yourself to complete the physical challenge shown above.
