So, today we're going to do another exercise.

This one is going to help support your low back. It's real simple. It's called "superman".

I'm going to show it to you. What you're going to do is arch your back, hold it for 5 seconds, and then go down. Try to do it between 5 to 15 repetitions. Real simple.

Just lay down, just like Superman. What I want you to do is lift your legs and arms up, just an arch. Then, hold for 5 seconds, and give a take. Then, back down.

Repeat that and do it again anywhere between 5 and 15 times.

Keep trying that, see how it is, and feel how good it is for your low back.
