Hi, this is Dr. Carr of Stanford Chiropractic Center. I wanted to kind of just go over goals and things like that, like how are you doing with your goals? Make sure you read them three times a day.

I run a half marathon 2 weeks ago. I just thought of talking about this because when you train for a marathon or half marathon, you dont start running at 30 miles, what you do is start with 1, 2, 3 and you kinda build up.

That is also the same thing with your goals. The immediate goal should build up to your ultimate goal. Reevaluate and see how youre doing. If you're not following your goals maybe you need to reassess them.
